In his recent submissions, John Dumelo has revealed one of the things he will be doing for Ghanaians when he is finally elected as a member of parliament for the Ayawaso West Wuogon Constituency.

He said that the act of landlords taking three years advance from their tenants is not right and has opined that tenants should be made to pay rent on a monthly basis.

John Dumelo revealed this by tweeting;

“One of the things I will push when I get to Parliament is to make sure we amend Rent Control Act 220. Tenants Should pay rent on a monthly basis. It’s absurd to pay 2-3 years rent advance. How can the youth survive with this? How can they start a business like this?”
