Red Hot Harry Kane Powers Tottenham to 0:4 Victory vs Huddersfield
Tottenham Hotspurs were powered to a brilliant three first half goals and another in the final additional minutes as Huddersfield Town got bundled over 0:4 at John Smith’s Stadium.
Harry Kane opened the score sheet just nine minutes into the first half after Kieran Trippier header eluded opposition center back, Christopher Schindler, Kane rounded the keeper with a curly strike.
Ben Davies was lurking as Zanka missed-kick fell just on his path, the left back ensured Spurs second with no hustle.
Goalkeeper Jonas Lossl after seeing the visitors go up twice in the game nearly contributed to Spurs’ third goal, Kane failed to capitalise on the lost ball, skipper Tommy Smith was just there to ensure the game stayed at 0:2.
Kane, this time around, superbly, curled one with his weak foot, some 27 yard from goal, Jonas Lossl was far from reaching the ball as Tottenham jubilated the game’s third.
It was always the visitors win, nothing from the home side to threaten French national and skipper, Hugo Loris, but an Aaron Mooy’s strike which shook the cross bar, could have been the all important inspiration for a come-back.
It can’t be a Spurs victory without an action from Eriksen and Dele Alli – Pochetino just had the right machines on the pitch.
Ben Davies was again involved in the game’s third, with additional 4 minutes showing on the clock, Sissoko connected to Davies’s cross to finish the game 0:4.
Tottenham with the victory extend their points tally for the season to 14, next after the international break will be a home game against Bournemouth.
